Do you know why you can’t seem to lose weight successfully even though you have already read and tried tons of fast weight loss solutions, diets, methods, strategies or programs?

1. Eat 5-6 Smaller Meals. Does that mean you should stop eating cheese burgers, mocha swiss rolls, and fish ball noodles once and for all? No way! I can’t give up yummy beef steak or double cheese burgers. Can you? Honestly, I can’t.
You can still eat the same foods as you do now, but spread them out in 5-6 smaller meals. The more frequent you eat, the more often your metabolic rate gets hiked up in the day.
You also get better and more efficient digestion as well as better blood sugar balance when eating smaller meals throughout the day as opposed to 2-3 big meals.
2. Drink Plenty of Water. Water can help clean your digestive system and eliminate any harmful toxins or excess substances from your body that add to your weight.
Weight loss relies on your metabolism. The liver is in charge of this process. Lack of water leads to the malfunction of the kidneys. The liver will have to come in and help out. This will disrupt the conversion of stored fat to energy. As the results, you end up with more fat.
According to general health guidelines, you should drink at eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily. However, you need to consume an extra eight ounces for every 25 pounds of extra weight you have if you want to lose weight. In fact, you may need to drink even more if you are living in a hot climate or exercise intensively.
3. Lose Inches Off Your Waist with the Vacuum Pose. You suck in your belly button as much as possible and hold that position for between 15-60 seconds. The longer the better. Rest then repeat this. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day.
Be careful not to make the mistake of sucking in your upper belly area. You want to suck in the lower belly around your belly button. If you are more dedicated, do the vacuum pose for 15-20 minutes each day and you will lose nearly 3 inches from your waist.
4. Get at Least Eight Hours of Sleep. To lose weight quickly, try to get at least eight hours of sleep a night. Studies have shown that irregular sleep patterns increase hormone levels in the body that are attributed to weight gain and fat retention.
It takes time and efforts to lose weight. But if you have the determination and persistence, you will get back your stop-and-stare body very soon.
