Question: Is the “Smart for Life” cookie diet expensive? Does it work to lose weight?

Our local radio DJ and other friends of his have lost a lot of weight due to the “Smart for Life” cookie diet program.

I’m interested in this fast weight loss program, but knowing there is always a catch, I have questions to ask.

My questions here: Does anyone know how much money it costs? And also did it work for you as well?

The Creator Of ‘Dr Siegel’s Cookie Diet’ Sues Kim Kardashian

Speaking of Kim Kardashian’s latest fast weight loss solution using QuickTrim, it reminds me of her cookie crisis. She was slapped with a defamation lawsuit by Dr Sanford Siegel, the creator of ‘Dr Siegel’s Cookie Diet‘ in December 2009.

Dr Sanford Siegel sued the reality star Kim Kardashian because she defamed him on her Twitter by calling the Cookie Diet ‘unhealthy’. She tweeted, “Not true! I would never do this unhealthy diet! I do QuickTrim!

The drama happened when Kim was ‘falsely promoted’ in an article in October 2009 as one of the celebrities that showed positive results on the cookie diet. Actually the article appeared on CookieDiet.com, a site with no connection to Dr Siegal at all.
