Question: I never have much energy to exercise but I want to lose weight?

I go to college, about 3 or 4 days a week. Sometimes I go out on the weekends however not that often.

I eat a balanced diet but also I have been eating quite a few sugary things lately and since Christmas as well I have gained a bit of weight.

I am 19 and 5ft 5. I would like to lose at least a stone or two? How can I get more energy to have the will power to exercise more often?

Question: What is the best exercise to lose weight?

Hi. I am Carl, 17 years old, and weighs 79 kilos. I really want to lose weight!

What do you think is the best exercise that can lose the most amount of weight. The exercise that I’m usually doing is push-up.
