To lose your fat and thus reduce your body weight naturally within these few weeks, simply make some simple changes to your daily diets and exercises.

Daily Healthy Diets. It’s amazing that by simply making some simple changes to your daily diets, you can actually lose your body fat and weight easily and naturally.

1. Eat 4-5 smaller meals a day. Instead of eating 2-3 full meals a day, eating smaller meals frequently prevents hunger pangs, and keeps your energy levels consistent which in turn will speed up your metabolism. Increased metabolism means your body burns fat fast and thus results in losing weight quickly.

2. Cut down the intake of excess calories found in oily food, junk food and possessed food.

3. Eat high fiber food such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, peas, lentils and nuts. High fiber food not only decreases sugar craving, it also cuts down your fat absorption.

4. Consume Omega 3 fatty acids that increases your metabolism and energy levels. The higher your metabolism rate is, the faster your body can burn the body fat.

5. Certain spices such as pepper, ginger, mustard increase metabolism; Cinnamon, bay leaf, and clove help decrease sugar cravings.

6. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Water helps your body flush out toxins and excess harmful substances from your body that add to your weight.

7. Avoid alcohol consumption. This is because alcohol slows metabolism of the body and helps the body in storing fat.

8. Saturated fats and sugar are strictly no-no for weight watchers.

Weight Loss Exercises. There are two types of weight loss exercises that are proven to speed up your metabolism and thus help you help you lose inches and pounds from your waist, hips, thighs, and buttocks more effectively: muscular exercises and cardiovascular aerobic exercises.

1. Muscular exercises are an efficient way of increasing metabolism. During muscular training the muscles are broken down and more is the need of energy for metabolism to repair the damage. Thus body fat is used up to do perform this repair activity when your body is resting.

2. Cardiovascular aerobic exercises directly burn fat. Exercises performed before a meal help suppress appetite and speed up metabolism.

To get the greatest benefits from both types of exercises, you need to perform the weight loss exercises for about 20 to 30 minutes a day. Of course, the more you exercise the quicker you will burn the fat.

If you skip meals, you will slow down your metabolism. By slowing down your metabolism, you are causing your metabolism to go into survival mode. When this happens, your metabolism will begin to store calories instead of burning them off!

For fast weight loss, you have to increase your metabolism.

In addition to boosting your metabolism, you must also incorporate all of the basic principles here: drinking plenty of water, getting 7-9 hours of sleep every night, cardio and weight training exercising, and proper nutrition.
