Today’s weight loss success story is about 29 year-old Pansy who lost 65 pounds in one year.

As a teenager, Pansy lived on pizza and fried foods. She was 198 pounds when she entered the college. There, she started drinking and stopped exercising until she reached 227 pounds!

After college, she moved from her hometown to Phoenix for graduate school. She’d eat when she was stressed, but by cutting back on cocktails, she lost 10 pounds.
