I was on a “Nationally” known diet program and I was very successful and lost over 30 lbs. Last 10 lbs I needed to lose were very difficult until I tried Simplifast. Product taste great, used product for three days and lost 5 lbs! Two week later I used the product for three more days and lost another 5 lbs! After using Simplifast I had more energy and felt great. Simplifast works!

I have fasted in the past but always felt either too weak to continue or too hungry. But not with this product! It’s amazing! From the first super tasty sip, I knew it was going to work for me. I have been eating the wrong foods & far too much for a few years. I wanted to get a fresh start and get down to my ideal weight.

I have done one 3-day fast (lost 12 Lbs.) thus far, and it was amazing. No weakness like you would expect from a regular fast. My energy level stayed high the whole time. As far as food cravings, the Simplifast really helps stop them and after the first day, they were gone! I am getting ready to do another fast in a week and I expect to lose another 12-15 Lbs. After the first 3-Day fast, I kept eating healthy and now I find I have no desire for fast food or any junk-food. I have always loved vegatables so that helps, and now I don’t want anything that isn’t healthy. And the best part is, I am eating smaller portions because I feel “full” faster now.

I am also exercising again which feels much better with less weight! It’s a very tasty drink. I want some now just thinking about it!

You sip it — don’t guzzle it! It has nutrients like potassium & electrolytes so you stay healthy during your fast. Try it, & do it right, and you will be very happy with the results!

Simplifast Strawberry Detox Drink / B002C09BJC

I keep thinking that a juice diet might be a good way to get an edge in the weight-loss struggle, though I do understand that a lot of the "weight" lost in a juice fast is largely water weight that will come right back, but a part of me feels that every little bit helps. I have a juicer, but it is a bit cumbersome to use three times daily - there's a lot of cleanup involved, to say the least. So I was interested in this Simplifast detox beverage.

I could not find a Simplifast bottle locally, no matter where I looked, so I went ahead and coughed up the money to try them on Amazon. I feel kind of embarrassed to report that, to me, the taste was so awful that I couldn't keep more than a few swallows down. Really, I just thought it was horrible - like a sweet sort of 'vomit' taste. Having said that, I caveat that I have REALLY sensitive tastebuds, and when I gave the case to my mother (who can drink ANYTHING without wincing), she thought it wasn't "that bad" and decided to go ahead and drink the rest.

So, as far as "will I like this product", this review isn't *that* helpful to you, I'm sure, because whether my super-picky or my mother's super-UN-picky tastebuds will match your own is probably a long shot. But since all the other reviews so far on Amazon have been about how great this stuff tastes to them, I just wanted to weigh in and say that it doesn't taste great to *everyone* and I definitely encourage you to try to get your hands on a single bottle somewhere before you throw down for the whole case.

As far as weight loss, best I can tell from my mother's use is that this stuff is no more potent or powerful than a regular juice diet - possibly less so, depending on how much fiber you cram into your favorite juice recipe. If you love the taste of Simplifast and you don't own (or want to own) a juicer, this is probably the cheaper, easier solution. But if you don't like the taste, then a juicer will do the same for you, and you can fine-tune the recipes to your taste. That's my two cents anyway.

I lost over 50lbs on a weight loss program provided by my doctor, however the last 15lbs no matter what I tried would not come off. I tried Simplifast and after the first 3 days I lost 8lbs. A few weeks later I used Simplifast again and lost another 4lbs. It has 5 months and I have kept the weight off by using the product as maintance. Alot of products advertise the same thing however this one tastes great, gives you energy and works. I would higly recommend this product.
