You see, Spears did two-hour cardio-and-strength-training workouts three times a week, plus dance rehearsals.

According to Steven Boggs, a fitness trainer who worked with Spears, it’s a nonstop workout which included moves like shoulder presses and jump squats.

Besides doing workouts, Spears had also revamped her diet, opting for a 1,100- to 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery plan. The meal-delivery plan consisted of 3 meals like breakfast burritos, barbecue chicken salad and turkey burgers and two snacks like think cheese and nuts.

If you are as committed and motivated as Britney Spears when it comes to fast weight loss, do what she did and I am sure you can also lose 20 pounds in a few months.
